Canadian Orders

Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario by UPS Canada. Expect to receive your order within 3 to 6 business days once we ship it. Local areas may be faster. Tracking will be provided directly from UPS.com to the email address you provide on your order. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box, please provide a street delivery address. If you are in a remote area, please contact us by phone or email, as we can quote you a Canada Post price that might be less expensive for single box shipments.

Canadian Armed Forces members: Please provide a valid post address, all items will be mailed via Canada Post.

Yukon, NWT and Nunavut: Expect to receive your order within 5 to 6 business days once we ship it. Tracking will be provided directly from UPS.com to the email address you provide on your order. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box, please provide a street delivery address.

USA, Hawaii, Alaska Orders

Due to the elimination of the $800 de-minimus (effective Aug 29, 2025), all transborder orders must be cleared by customs. Orders are taking far longer than usual to arrive, and some are being returned to us by UPS to avoid storage costs. If you have found you are unable to make a purchase on our website, we have temporarily paused sales to our US customers for this reason. We are monitoring the situation, and as soon as packages are moving through the system, we will open the website for sales again. EU Customers

Roarockit products are now available from our newest manufacturing division, ROAROCKIT EUROPE. The company is managed by Sarah and Nico, who trained in Canada at our headquarters. Orders are shipped from France. Customer service is available in French, English and some German and Spanish.

For many years, Justin & Belinda have been representing Roarockit from their location in Australia. They are knowledgeable, friendly and can help you get Roarockit board building materials and the support that you need. If you are an independent builder, or a teacher looking to expand your class programming, please get in touch with them directly.

Shipping Destinations / Other Countries

We can ship internationally to most other countries. Please contact us by email to arrange a quote. Please note that you will be responsible for any and all import fees and duty on international non-USA shipments.
