ROAROCKIT Skateboard Company is a family owned business. The reason we got into this was to have some fun and provide others with a new outlook on building skateboard decks and other laminating projects.

Privacy
Your personal information and email address will not be sold or used for anything other than communicating with, or sending your product to you. ROAROCKIT does not receive any credit card information through this website as our ecommerce provider, Internet Secure handles all transactions directly. (http://www.internetsecure.com)

Once InternetSecure receives all required information from the customer, the transaction is processed with the banks over private digital lines, not back out over the Internet.

InternetSecure employs redundant servers using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for the secure exchange of data between our customers and the InternetSecure system. The system supports both 40 bit and 128 bit SSL encryption on virtually all browsers.

Ordering Multiple Items
If you include any of the small items (such as sealing tape) that we may be able to bundle inside a larger product box, our website will not know to price the shipping, and the cost you see will be too high. Please be sure to email Norah with your list of items and your shipping address for a bundled ship quote.

USA Orders
Orders are shipped from our USA warehouse by UPS Ground ship as small package items or possibly LTL freight, depending on size. You will receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks, tracking will be provided directly by UPS to the email address you provide on your order. APO orders must be delivered by USPS, please ensure you provide a postal mailing address.

Canadian Orders
Standard Mail (Expedited) is surface mail and takes between 2 and 14 days. This is the most economical route but also the longest and is not a trackable or guaranteed delivery date service. At time of shipment you will be notified by email of your package number, however that is simply a receipt and the web information will not update until it is delivered to you. If your package does not arrive in 30 days after sending, a trace can be initiated.

For Canadian customers ordering multiple items, (especially on the east or west coast) please email us for a truck rate (LTL) which will be less than the price posted on the website.

Xpresspost is usually Air Mail for smaller, single orders. Heavier and multiple items might be more economical to be sent by UPS. Both Xpresspost and UPS services are trackable and guaranteed. Delivery times in Canada are between 1 and 6 days, depending on distance between our shipping our point in Toronto Canada, and your address.

Overseas Orders
Expedited is surface mail (boat) and may take up to 75 days till delivery. This is the most economical way to ship overseas but is not trackable nor is there a guaranteed delivery time. Xpresspost is airmail, faster and offers tracking.

For large overseas orders, it may be possible to ship economically using Air Freight, please email or call for details.

Please note that all packages for delivery outside of Canada must clear local customs. Some are occasionally delayed for that reason, especially during peak mailing times.

To see a Shipping Price
Shipping prices to most countries are available on this website by pressing the checkout button after selecting your item (remember to email us for a bundled ship quote if you want more than one item). You will be asked to fill in a form with your address so that the site knows what prices to show you. You will not be asked for any credit card information until AFTER you have seen the Standard or Express shipping options.

If you decide not to place an order at this time, you can reverse out of the checkout procedure or log off and no information will be submitted to us.

Shipping Destinations
Roarockit products can be shipped to these countries: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. If your country is not represented on this list, please contact us by email.

Payment
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER CREDIT cards. Some Debit or Check cards that display a credit card logo will work, however the majorioty of debit cards will NOT work on our website. All online sales are completed in US dollars. International orders valued over $500 must be prepaid by wire transfer before goods are shipped. Canadian orders can be manually processed by phone using Canadian funds. We also accept signed purchase orders from schools (in North America only) by email or fax.

Refund/Returns
All our products are made up as custom orders. As such, they are NOT returnable. This includes veneer, Thin Air Press Kits, and Skateboard Kits. Under certain circumstances we may agree to accept a return for refund, however you will pay all shipping costs plus the Re-Entry fee charged by Canada Customs (approx $48CA). What you will need is a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from us via email before returning the product. Contact

Product Guarantee
As this is a kit and requires a certain amount of skill to build, it is important to follow the directions completely. We can't replace any materials once the building process has begun. Following the instructions will result in a quality skateboard deck. Before starting to build your kit, we recommend viewing our How-To Videos page or the MinistryofWood.com tutorials, or if you woud like to speak to us in person, call our toll-free number 1 888 857 7790 or local 416 422 5487 (Eastern Time Zone)

While using your Thin Air Press: If it appears to be leaking, chances are good that the seal has not been pressed tightly enough. Remember, you are creating a vacuum with a very strong amount of pressure, and if there is even the tiniest air pathway open, the air will find its way into the bag. Before calling us, please check and double-check your sealed edge, as this is almost always the problem with vacuum bags not holding a vacuum. We recommend that you do a dry run (without any glue) to ensure you are familiar with the sealing process before pressing your project. We do not want to hear that your priceless and irreplaceable veneer has been ruined!

If you feel your product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving and we will do our best to replace any necessary items.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, contact the shipping company immediately and let us know within 7 days. We are not liable for damages incurred during shipping, but we will work with you to ensure that you receive a completely useable kit.
