THE WORLD'S FIRST PROFESSIONAL DECK BUILDING SCHOOL
 Using the best wood in the world for a skateboard (Canadian maple), you’ll learn how to laminate your own 3 dimensional Street Deck or Long board deck in a Thin Air Press, finish it, design and apply your own graphics. Using Roarockit’s patented method, your quality deck will be entirely hand-made, using only the power of vacuum, no power tools required.
The deck you build will be a quality hand-made solid deck. Street Decks are shaped with both concave, tail and nose kick, and Long Boards include concave plus as much rocker as you decide to bend to suit your style of riding.
As there is drying time between many steps, deck building requires multiple sessions to complete the stages. There are no formal sessions to book, come in during the days and times listed, please call ahead to ensure space.
SUMMER SESSIONS!
Number of Sessions: 5 (12.5 hours total)
Times: Starting Monday June 21st - Mon - Fri 9.30 am to NOON
Learn the entire process of laminating, finishing and painting a Street Deck OR Long Board. No experience is necessary. Please Email to request a printable application form, or pick one up at our location.
Cost: $275 + tax

IN-HOUSE BUILDS
Number of Sessions: 2 (2 hours total)
Time: call to book
Use our tools and build a Street Deck or Long Board at Roarockit. No kit purchase necessary. Laminate at first session, start sanding your deck 2nd session then complete the work at home yourself.
Cost for time and materials: $140 per builder (or $200 for 2 at the same time). Tax not included.

1" DROP-DECK BUILD
Number of Sessions: 2 (3.5 hours total)

Build a 1" Drop-Deck at Roarockit. No kit purchase necessary, use our molds and tools to laminate the deck. You will glue up and press the deck during the first session, then trim out and start to sand the deck edges during your second session. The deck may not be finished at the end of your 2 sessions, but you will leave here with the knowledge to complete the deck on your own.
Cost: $175 + tax

KICK START SESSION
Number of Sessions: 1 (2 hours)

Accelerate the learning curve! Learn all the pro-tips on using the patented Roarockit process and build like a pro right off the bat. Book a 2 hour session and with your own kit, learn the ropes with one of our experienced instructors.
The session includes laminating your first deck properly, plus tips and tricks for completing and moving into the next level of building custom skateboard decks.
Cost: Kit plus $55 + tax
LOCATION
The Roarockit School is located at 880 Millwood Road, (corner of Sutherland Drive) in Leaside, East York (Toronto Canada). Accessible by TTC, parking available.
