Design and paint your own skateboard graphics onto the natural veneer, or add one of our graphic sheets to a kit or refill.
Refill kits of wood veneer and glue plus mold are available so that you can use and reuse the Thin Air Press and woodworking tools to build your own custom skateboard decks.
Looking for uncut sheets of skateboard veneer to design and build your own shaped deck? Good skateboard veneer is very hard to find, so we supply our 1/16" hard Canadian Maple at a fair price. We also have stock of dye-infused maple veneer, these can now be ordered along with a pack of natural veneer sheets.
An optional finish for Long Boards is a layer of ROCKITLAM, a plastic laminate which can be easily applied during the lamination with the wood glue. No need to sand or paint, the HiGloss or Patterned finish is durable, water-proof and drop-deck friendly. Makes a stiffer deck, but keeps the board light as it can replace a layer of maple.
